Quality and flavour of our cakes are extremely important to us which is why we always choose to source products from local and ethical suppliers where possible. Here at Bonney’s Cakery we are wildly passionate about vegan friendly food and are continuously creating new and exciting flavours to add to our ever growing list.
Our standard size tiers contain four perfect layers of sponge, generously filled with three layers of buttercream/filling. Our cakes are then coated in a decadent chocolate ganache, before being covering in a fine, luxurious fondant icing creating a superior look and taste to your final cake.
During our private tasting consultations we offer the option of 4 flavours to choose from. Additional flavours are available at a cost of £5 per extra flavour. We are always happy to tailor flavours to your requirements so please do let us know if there is something not on this list you wish to try.
Vanilla & Raspberry
Moist vanilla and Raspberry sponge layered with a delicate vanilla bean buttercream
Lemon & Poppyseed
Zesty lemon sponge speckled with poppyseeds, infused with lemon syrup and layered with homemade lemon curd and lemon buttercream
Blueberry & Elderflower
Moist vanilla and blueberry sponge layered with a delicate elderflower buttercream
Lime, Coconut & Passionfruit
Lime and coconut sponge infused with lime syrup, layered with homemade passionfruit curd and coconut buttercream
Chocolate & Blackberry
Decadent chocolate sponge layered with rich choclate buttercream and homemade blackberry conserve
Chocolate & Orange blossom
Light chocolate sponge, infused with orange syrup and layered with chocolate orange blossom buttercream
Earl Grey, Apricot & White chocolate
Fragrant Earl Grey sponge, infused with Earl Grey syrup and layered with a white chocolate buttercream and apricot jam
Banana & Salted caramel
Moist banana sponge cake layered with homemade salted carmael and salted caramel buttercream
Rose and Pistachio
Light and frangrant rose sponge layered with pistachio buttercream
Hazelnut & Coffee
Nutty hazelnut sponge layered with a smooth coffee buttercream
