When to get in contact

We take on a limited number of cakes each month to ensure our high standards are maintained, which is why we recommend contacting us 12 months in advance for peak summer dates, or 6 months for winter dates where possible, to ensure we have availability. We can however work to smaller timescales so please do get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Investment

Our wedding cakes are tailored to compliment you and your special day, therefore you’ll will be provided with a quote to reflect your bespoke cake. Due to the quality of the product and service that we deliver, we have a minimum order amount of £600 for all wedding cakes. 

Delivery

We insist on delivering and setting up our wedding cakes as they are often assembled on site. We will liase with the event team at your venue to ensure the cake is in the right place at the right time together with any special instructions.

Delivery and set-up fees are based on milage and complexity of set-up with quotations available upon request.

Payment

A £100 booking fee secures your wedding date. This can be paid before or after a consultation has been held. Please note this is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is then due 28 days prior to your wedding date.

Private tasting sessions are a non-refundable and non-transferable fee of £30 and are to be paid for in advance of the consultation to confirm the appointment.

 

Alterations & Cancellations

We are happy to make alterations to your cake design and order up to 4 weeks prior to your event date. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate changes to the design, please note that changes within 4 weeks of the event cannot always be guaranteed.

Stand Hire

We do offer the option of hiring one of our stands should you need one for your wedding cake. Please note that any stand hired needs to be returned to our studio in its original condition within 7 days.
